The rapid development of computer technology and network technology makes Industrial Real Production Data Monitoring System becoming an increasingly important role in industry process areas, it have unparalleled importance to enterprises production and management. Establish a modern high-tech Monitoring System and have a real, continuous monitoring on industry production process can early detection problems and resolved in time. This is extremely significance to production security stability and increase productivity.Data Acquisition Subsystem has an extremely important position in Industrial Real Production Data Monitoring System; the data monitoring foundation is the large data where the Data Acquisition Subsystem collected from bottom equipment. Other subsystem in Data Monitoring System can do their job through the collected data. This paper research and analysis the Data Acquisition Subsystem development process from past and designed a Data Acquisition Subsystem development framework based on.NET platform. The use of OPC technology, COM technology and.NET Framework class library in development process has achieved the Data Acquisition Subsystem that having OPC Client and OPC Server two parts. OPC Client was re-arranging OPC DA Custom Interface in.NET platform, and got OPC DA type library, the main application use it to achieve operation of the OPC Server. OPC Server used the steps of development out-process COM component in.NET platform, it follow the re-arrangement of the client interface, and use.NET Framework class library implemented the method of interface in accordance with the OPC Specification, finally achieve the two part of the connection by exposing interfaces to OPC Client. In addition, server-side develops the driver using the Modbus TCP Protocol, and tests the Data Acquisition Subsystem by connecting the Modbus TCP Simulator tool.
