In this paper, we study the multi-channel recorder used in a large space experiment. Systemmainly consists of two parts: acquisition and memory. Acquisition module is used to complete180warhead telemetry parameters acquisition, coding and frame work, the completion of the memorytest, control etc. Memory is mainly used to complete the real-time story of the coded framedata.The key of the test is to collect data providing the important basis for solving problems andthe analysis of the positioning. Therefore, no matter in the hardware design or logic design, thesystem has taken to ensure data reliability.In the hardware circuit design, in order to ensure reliable data acquisition, transmission andstorage, acquisition accuracy and transmission interfaces is taken into consideration:1) improve the acquisition precision. Because AD8608has the characteristic of unity gainstable, so the operational amplifier choice AD8608.Through putting the series resistance after theoperational amplifier and cancelling the second analog switch, the problem OP driving capacitiveloads is solved.In addition, increase a voltage divider network and low-pass filtering before dataentering the AD.2) use the LVDS interface design and HOTLINK interface design. Memory and acquisitiondata transceiver interface use the LVDS interface. Data transmission is in a serial communicationway. Acquisition and test board uses HOTLINK interface which is also in the same way. They allensures the reliability of data transmission.In logic design, in order to ensure the reliability of instruction interaction the program designedreasonable communication protocol. Through the timing control to realize the deal. This paperintroduces the flow chart of program design, communication flow of each module simply. Focusingon the timing control of acquisition, realizing collect cartoon by using ROM address design etc.In the end the system through serious harsh environment test. By analyzing the data, there isno error or number lost. The equipment has been put into mass production and use.
