As a kind of automatic test equipment,the integrated equivalent is used to simulate measurement and control equipment and external system equipment to realize interface and functional simulation.Therefore,it puts forward strict requirements for high-speed signal transmission and signal acquisition between equipment.Based on the design of a certain type of integrated equivalent device,this paper deeply explores the problems of LVDS long-distance transmission and analog quantity acquisition,and proposes corresponding solutions.Combining the task requirements,the integrated equivalent design is based on the principle of modularization,generalization,and miniaturization,integrating different functions on different boards.This article will focus on research and analysis from two aspects of LVDS long-distance transmission and analog quantity acquisition.In terms of LVDS long-distance transmission,the board integrates the sender link and the receiver link.On the hardware circuit,the driver and equalizer are added at the sender and receiver to enhance its cable drive capability,extend the transmission distance,and use embedded software.8B/10B coding+nibble CRC check+ARQ automatic retransmission technology is added to the design to ensure the reliability of data transmission.In terms of analog quantity acquisition,it is necessary to realize the acquisition of 8 channels of 28V analog voltage.The device uses FPGA as the core and controls the analog switch to switch channels to achieve multiplexing,which greatly saves resources.At the same time,the link establishment time is calculated to verify Its feasibility,and the acquisition logic design of the software.Through the construction of the hardware platform,a comprehensive coverage test has been carried out on the function of the integrated equivalent,and the results can meet the task index requirements.LVDS long-distance transmission can achieve a rate of 240Mbit/s and a reliable transmission with extremely low bit error rate in a 90m-long cable;analog data acquisition can also achieve high-precision acquisition,and the DC error of each channel can be less than 0.6%..It has been verified that the design can meet the mission requirements and meet the engineering application conditions.
