The telemetry data acquisition and storage device is used to collect and store all kinds of signals,such as flight state data,video compression data,various sensor signals and so on.With the development of science and technology,scientific research has put forward higher requirements for the diversity and performance optimization of the acquisition and storage system.According to the technical indexes of high precision data acquisition and storage device,this paper comes up with on the basis of the module ideal,and the technical difficulties in the design are analyzed.Firstly,the stability analysis and optimization of the operational amplifier are studied,and the signal conditioning filter circuit,the high-speed analog switch and the ADC conversion circuit has been designed.In accordance with the technical indexes,the digital transmission circuit and the control switch circuit are completed.After analyzing the secondary power supply in the system,researches and designs the secondary power supply circuit reliability.Secondly,this paper discusses the key technologies such as improving the precision of acquisition,digital-analog hybrid data frame,wireless backup data dynamic balance frame and recovering the real-time data.In order to improve the accuracy of acquisition,oversampling the input signal by controlling ADC and realizing the extraction filtering and averaging algorithm for improving ADC conversion resolution within FPGA is proposed in this paper.Using mixed frame and dynamic balance technology to improve the efficiency and reliability of the system.By analyzing the different data recovery methods,the real-time data quick recovery method is put forward which can improve the efficiency of data recovery.In the end of this paper,we draw the histogram and Gauss curve of the sample data obtained under the condition of over sampling,the mean value and standard deviation of the samples are calculated by MATLAB,the results show that the acquisition accuracy can meet the design requirements.The frame structure of the recovered data is analyzed and verified by the upper monitor,which proved the reliable integrity of data transmission.At last,the paper compares and analyzes the two different recovery methods of real-time data,which shows that the new method can improve the recovery efficiency.
