The video signal acquisition and record device in this project is for the acquisition ofvideo analog signals and real-time record. The data will be recovered and analyzed after theexperiment. This device is of the acquisition and record test area and the solid recordercategory. This video signal acquisition and record device is consisted of an acquisition deviceand a record device. The data sampling rates of acquisition device which uses a 14bits ADC is132Msps. Its sampling accuracy can reach 0.4% by using high 8bits of the ADC chips. Thelargest capacity of record device can reach 8GByte. There is a data interface between theacquisition and record device, and the data transmission rate is up to 62MB/s. The device iscontrolled by the ground test device to execute erasing, collecting, recording and so on. Thedata can also be downloaded for later analysis.This paper introduces the current situation and the developing trend of data acquisitionand record device home and abroad. For the actual demands of flight test, appropriate designis put forward based on the important and difficult technology points. And the solutions andfinal outcomes are also given.This paper focuses on high speed A/D acquisition technology, LVDS transmissiontechnology, reliability design of serial communication and high speed data record technologyto do study and elaboration. The detailed designs of hardware circuit, software logic and someoptimization measures are given. And the particular elaborations and calculations for the keytechnologies and important problems are given.This paper gives the performance test methods of this device, and the performanceindicators of implementation effect are given through the actual test and analysis.
