The thesis dedicates to research a data recorder which can collect and store three kinds ofdatas. data recording device can be reliably recovered after landing.Datas can be reliablyread.Data recording apparatus includes collecting and storing datas. In order to verify whetherthe function of the data recording device meets the requirements or not, the ground test benchis designed. This thesis describes the implementation the data recording device. Based on theanalysis of technical targets at the start of the article,the program of data recording device isproposed.Then the thesis describes the interface mode of the data recording device.At thelast,the thesis introduce the main technical data, such as the long-term transmissiontechnology422, LVDS technology, multi-channel data packaging technology and memoryoptimization techniques. Some of this points, for the long-term transmission technique422,mainly through the opto-isolation, impedance matching, to select a better transmissionmedium, reducing the uncertainty in the transmission state, the handshake protocol andsettings command format can improve reliability of the data. LVDS technology is mainly toimprove the reliability of data transmission via LVDS pre-emphasis circuit design, PCBcircuit board wiring correctly, properly connected ground, settings data content transmission.Through the test between the ground test bench and a data recording device,It is provedthat the data recording device can reliablly accord the mission requirements.
