The data acquisition and recording device is mainly used for real-time acquisition,frame processing and storage of multi-type data during the whole working process of the aircraft,including 1553 B bus monitoring data,6 channels of analog signal acquisition data and 1channel of PCM data,the analog signal sampling rate is 1 kHz,and the PCM code rate is 1.96608 Mbps,and the data will be read and analyzed after flight mission.In the subsequent recycling phase,the device will take the method of Beidou short message communication to send its own position coordinates out,so as to achieve efficient recycling.The paper focuses on three key technologies in device design,which are 1553 B bus data acquisition technology,mixed data framing technology and recycling technology based on Beidou message.Firstly,the domestic and international applications and development status of key technologies are investigated.Then,according to the specific application environment and functional requirements,the modular design method is adopted to divide the circuit and logic into different modules,and the working principles of each functional module are introduced.The key technologies involved are detailed.In the 1553 B bus data acquisition technology,the device will work in the simultaneous RT/BM mode,which can not only complete the bus monitoring task,but also participate in the bus communication,complete the operations of self-detection,time synchronization and data reception,thus making the connection status of the monitor can be mastered by the bus controller;in mixed data framing technology,firstly,the characteristics of different buffer methods are analyzed,and then a scheme of multi-channel data scheduling and framing based on FIFO buffer is designed to ensure the integrity of data and provide more convenience for data extraction and analysis.In the recycling technology of the device,the recycling method based on the Beidou communication is designed,at the same time,in order to improve the communication efficiency,the dual-card switching method is adopted for message transmission.Finally,a complete test platform is built to test the function of the device comprehensively and verify the feasibility and reliability of the scheme.The actual results show that the functions of the data acquisition and recording device meet the requirements and have high application value.
