Nationwide reading is point to a country or region of the total population ol most people already have the condition of reading. Reading has become necessary to life for the people. The modern public library was born for nationwide reading. Therefore, in the process of reading promotion, the library should give full play to the leading role, conducting various forms of reading promotion activities, implement a variety of reading project for different groups.The thesis mainly summarized and analyzed the library reading service of the macro aspects.
