The Research Of Workshop Management System Based On J2EE Design Pattern

The networked manufacturing is the product combined the advancedmanufacturing technologies and the network technologies. With the increasingly fiercemarket competition, enterprises must change their production, operation, andmanagement to quickly response to the requirements of the markets and customers,and improve the enterprises management level and enhance the competitiveness ofenterprises. Therefore, a reasonable and effective production management systemestablished is necessary.The thesis topic originates from the national "eleven five" project, whose thebackground is the certain company manufacturing assembly plant, combines with, onthe basis of the characteristics in the assembly workshop of detailed investigation andin-depth analysis of the workshop production assembly, such these workshopmanagement methods as the J2EE design pattern, the cost accounting, and informationintegration technologies and visualization technologies, and designs the workshopmanagement system based on J2EE model.The thesis firstly introduces the topic source, the background, the contents and thesignificance; secondly, on the basis of the assembled workshop and combination withthe existing cost accounting method in the workshop, the cost of operation law wasproposed to improve the workshop cost management and to increase the workshopcosting ability and accuracy; in additional, the general design idea was expounded, theassembly workshop production characteristics and the main business processes wereanalyzed, the production model of the workshop management system was established,the system production management case was analyzed, and the productionmanagement function model was established; the conceptual design of, the logicaldesign of, and physical design of system database were achieved by methods ofdatabase design based on "E-R model"; finally, the system running environment and the application of the workshop management system modules was showed, the contentof the work was summarized, and the research work to the future was prospected.
