Research On Method And Support System Of Task Management In The Gear Manufacturing Digital Workshop

With the intelligent development of advanced manufacturing,the traditional manufacturing technology and production management model has undergone tremendous changes.The machine tool is one of the most important processing equipment for the manufacturing industry.Gear is a very important basic part of the machine tool,and its manufacturing quality will directly affect the machine's machining accuracy,processing quality,performance and reliability.The gears for machine tool have the features of small batch,multi-species,high precision,complex process and so on.The processing of these gears will use a lot of equipments and fixtures,the craft route is very complicated and there are many interference factors in the whole process.So the workshop task management is expected to be flexible,agile,and flexible.However,the traditional tasks management basic use of manual operation in the machine gear manufacturing workshop,the task management monitoring method is at a low level and its real-time performance is not good.Task scheduling cycle is long and the task management is weak in production control,in general,the degree of digitization of task management is low.Therefore,the application of advanced information processing technology and digital management tools to achieve the efficient task management in gear manufacturing workshop has become an important means to improve the level of manufacturing workshop digital.Based on the research results of digital workshop and workshop task management at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the method of task management and designs the task management system for the gear manufacturing digital workshop.This article can provide some support for machine tool manufacturing enterprises to achieve scientific workshop management with the information technology.Firstly,according to the previous research results,this paper analyzes the current situation and demand of the workshop management in the gear manufacturing workshop.Combining the characteristics of the machine gear manufacturing and the demand of the digital workshop,summarized the task management method under the support of information system.Based on the gear manufacturing process,mainly studied the centralized management for task-related data with digital pattern,the visual dynamic monitoring and real-time scheduling of processing tasks and gave the process and method strategy of realizing these three key business.Second,based on above research,defined the task management support system of gear manufacturing workshop for machine tool,and determined the system's architecture.On this basis,established system functional structure,combined with the needs of digital workshop management,and the structure includes four parts which are workshop production planning management,task management for management side,data management and task management for machine side.Finally,according to the data integration analysis and the information sharing requirements determined the information integration scheme of the task management support system,described the operation flow of the task management support system of gear manufacturing workshop for machine tool as well as designed the interface and the database of this system.
