Study On Assembly Workshop Production Activity Management System Of Vehicle Air Condition Manufacturers And Its Application

With the increasingly severity of competition in the market, Automobile Plants need the supplying to be more timely and more accurately, which requires Automobile Parts Manufacturers to product and distribute their goods more timely and controllably. Vehicle Air Condition Manufactures are typical Automobile-parts Manufacturing Enterprises. With closely contacting to Automobile Plants, its assembly process is one of the key point of JIT supplying.
