Design And Implementation Of Workshop Management System In Shipbuilding

Workshop is the manufacturing department of a shipbuilding enterprise. The job-shop planning and schedule, data collection measure and statistical analysis technique of workshop determine the shipyard's production efficiency, cost and decision. How better to achieve continuous operation, shorten the construction period and to adapt to the changes of steel prices, labor costs, labor shortage, has become the issues of common concern in China's shipbuilding enterprises workshop management.This paper mainly to do the following based on the problems and features of modern shipbuilding enterprises:By analysis, we obtained a ship building business processes. On the basis of the production characteristics and production mode of modern shipbuilding, we try to get a comprehensive, detailed ship construction business processes.The scheduling model and algorithm for shipbuilding enterprise workshop is established. In the process of analysis and design, we unified the business documents in to standardized data which can be stored. By making the job shop task as the centre, we describe the operation information shipbuilding workshop with the resources, time, workload and other attributes for the task.We designed a set of job shop scheduling system. We classify the job shop scheduling layer into order, level of planning system by department and program area.This paper establishes the scheduling model and algorithm for shipbuilding enterprise workshop. We analyze both of the common shipbuilding workshop of conveyer system and the workshop of tact system. Especially for existence features with the workshop of tact system of the composite type of craft, this paper attempts to balance the workload of each craft, and give full capacity to each craft by using a kind of improved ant colony algorithm.Combination of the above work, we design and implement a management system by referencing the model of modern shipbuilding. This system implements data management for shipbuilding workshop, and can schedule and optimize the job-shop program.
