Tire workshop management includes worker management, production arrangement, inventory and other effective configuration, in order to improve workplace efficiency, now with the division of labor is ceaseless deepen, the tire industry workshop management problems mainly in the following aspects:first, as a result of the workshop scale unceasingly expands, the number of workers continued to increase, the Division also are not identical, how to deal with the worker management, itself is generally difficult events; second, the management system of standardization level is more higher, although most of the enterprises have developed a comprehensive workshop management approach, but as a result of workshop management process is complex, so there are many not standard aspects, influence enterprise management standardized; third, tire production arrangement is unreasonable, cannot effectively make use of machines and other resources, the production efficiency is not high; fourth, business leaders can keep abreast of workshop management, at the same time, workers have a problem, also cannot timely reflect to the leadership, although now the enterprise normalization rate is higher and higher, but not close to the leaders and workers distance.Workshop management system is aimed at the above problems, unifies our country enterprise truth conditions, use modern software technology to improve the management of shop workers, production process arrangement and supervision, comprehensive management, On the other hand, use the proposed algorithm based on genetic algorithm product order arrangement method to arrange workshop production process, improve production efficiency, reduce parts inventory, saving the cost of production, which can make the workshop, efficient information management purposes come true. This paper describes the workshop management system needs analysis, system design and the realization and test process in detail, first, take Ji'nan City tire manufacturing enterprises as the research object, make a detailed understanding of tire production process and related workshop management system, make a comprehensive requirement acquisition, then according to the demand, carries on the detailed demand analysis, analysis tire workshop management process involves the role of functional analysis; secondly, make functional design on the tire production process and workshop management, based on the system of personnel management module to make the personnel management system function design, and design method based on genetic algorithm job-shop scheduling algorithm and also do the system database design; at the end of the this paper, introduce the achievement of each function module, the core algorithm and code are introduced, do the testing of the system, complete the whole process of system development.The system finally realizes tire industry workshop task management system, meet the tire enterprises'needs in the production workshop staff management, production management and production supervision, effectively improve the plant production efficiency, standardize the production process, saving the cost of production, and provide comprehensive data reference for the development of the next step of the production plan,...
