The Design And Implementation Of The Personnel Management System For Shandong Science And Technology Professional College

Various colleges and universities in recent years generally attach importance to the process of information, with the advancement of technology and the rapid development of computer technology. Each company implements business management of information technology by using computer technology, which not only accelerate the speed of information transfer, but also improve the efficiency of the work. University personnel information management is an important part of the management school. Because of the complexity of work, heavy information of business, data uniqueness and stability, it becomes an important goal of the realization in the informatization management in Shandong Vocational College of Science&Technology.The paper discusses the background of personnel information management of college which is based on the design methods and current situation at home and abroad. Then introducing demand analysis, data analysis, and system design and testing process detailedly. In terms of demand analysis, with the method of UML cases analysis we analyze the system non-functional requirements, as well as introduce the demand of system non-functional requirements. In system designing, we detailed describe the design process of the system through UML deployment diagram, package diagram, static structure diagram, sequential chart. In the implementation of the system, we describe the ultimately realized style of the system through showing page screenshots of some systems’ functions in realization and realized code. Finally it makes a summary of the paper.The system uses SSH technology architecture based on J2EE,as well as uses MVC pattern to realize the set of basic information, academic information and teaching and research group as well as the functions of user information management, rights management, log management, integral management which makes basic functions of personnel information inputting, querying and summarizing come true. In the same time, assigning different roles in the management function of system administrators, personnel administrators and principals, completing the function of basic system’s information management, information management of the academic, the student information management, faculty personnel file management, exam information management, summarize and queries of a variety of reports, and data backup and recovery.The personnel management system described in this paper achieves the special needs of improving the efficiency of work, the accuracy of the information, improvement of function, simple to deploy and operate. It realized the personnel information management demands of Shandong Vocational College of Science&Technology. It improves the efficiency of the personnel managers, reduces the difficulty of the management of personnel files, promote the process of the college campus’s informatization management.
