With development of the aviation industry, measurement and control technology inaerospace product researchmenti cycle, occupy an important position, based on virtualinstrument technology represents the test and control system is an important directionfor future development. NI introduced to the LabVIEW virtual instrument developmentplatform can be designed based on different levels of complexity of multi-bus controlsystem.In this paper, based on the R&D of a new generation of aircraft’s analog controlsystem with unit XX,combined with the virtual instrument technology and thedevelopment of aviation products control system in domestic and international, a newmeasurement and control program, distributed dualcontrol system avionics bus networksimulation and control system, is proposed, which represents the future development ofthis system, distributed, intelligent and network-oriented. In this paper, the advantagesand disadvantages of the current control system at home and abroad are analyze as wellas the engineering background and technical difficulties of the project which this systembelongs to. This paper focuses on the network components, architecture design,technicalrequirements and design of dual bus avionics simulation of distributed control system,how to integrate the HB6096bus and Ethernet and the design of network protocol. Withthe example the author’s design on the analog control system of IMC network, thispaper introduces the software and hardware design and implementation of distributedcontrol system under the virtual instrument.
