The main topic is discussed the use of virtual instrument technology for distributed control systems of Multi-motor, to study the general distribution of a LabVIEW-based control system. This system uses distributed control structure, human-computer interaction, data collection and other tasks are completed by the monitoring computer and the lower computer.The application software of monitoring computer is completed in the virtual instrument system - LabVIEW, to achieve a friendly human-computer interaction, simple and intuitive process monitoring, safe and reliable fault handling capabilities and so on. The control of the lower computer is composed of control node and driver modules, to provide underlying hardware support of the upper computer monitoring system, to play its powerful data acquisition capabilities, and in accordance with the Modbus serial communication protocol, the data in real-time transmission to the upper computer, to achieve the monitoring computer and the lower computer of the real-time communication.With the theory of the distributed control system, proposes the whole system design. Lead to modular design and build for the lower computer by use TMS320F2812 to main control unit, by use the LabVIEW monitoring platform for the upper computer, the power unit, communication interface circuit and other related auxiliary equipment are to compose the distributed control systems. The system can achieve precision real-time control of the motor, real-time monitoring the running, but also hierarchical centralized control to achieve.Finally, the whole system commissioning is structured by use the brushless DC motor for the controlled object, and gave part of the measured waveform and analyzed, the results show that the system is stable and reliable, have achieved the desired design effect.
