At present, domestic transport packaging test level is relatively low. It isvery difficult to get the accurate analysis and the vibration waveforms are veryfew at the vibration test. There are not real simulating vibration conditions attransporting. Foreign countries have developed high precision, easy expansion,easy-to-used for packaging vibration test systems, but the price of the vibrationtest system which contains hardware and software is expensive and the westcountries forbid selling the advanced test technologies to China. Our countrydevelops slowly in this area. With the domestic scientific development and thetechnological progress improvements, our country has also designed high-speed,high-precision date acquisition card and other hardware with cheaper prices, so itis possible for us to simulate the more realistic and more accurate packagevibration test.According to the transport packages vibration test’s needs, this paperresearched vibration control and analysis virtual instruments based on LabVIEWto do the vibration test.The program can control the frequency and amplitude ofthe table, acquire dates, analyse and process in order to get the vibrationtransmission rate curve and find the natural frequency of the packages throughthe time domain analysis and frequency domain analysis. The test result providesstrong data support for buffer cushion designer. This thesis research focused onthe control of the equipment and analysis software development.This paper researched the status of the domestic vibration test machine, inallusion to the currently available vibration test equipment which has high price,the test software can not expand, the test precision is low, so this paper aims tosolve some shortcomings of them and on condition full use of existingequipment, the program is as much as possible to meet the vibration testrequirement.The entire vibration test system consists of hardware and testprogram.Hardware contains electric vibrator, power amplifier, the acceleration sensor, date acquisition card and computer. Test program adopts LabVIEW2011to explore. First, the virtual instrument generates a date signal,the date signalthrough the DA transfer, output module signal,and then through the poweramplifier, passed to the vibrator to drive the vibrator and the PID closed-loopcontrol the frequency and amplitude of the vibrator,and then the date acquisitioncard start to acquire the three axial acceleration sensor’s signals, the programtreat these signals with filter and FFT to get the time domain analysis andfrequency domain analysis and the vibration transmission rate, we can also savethe dates and playback the dates and generate test reports.In virtual instrument programming using a variety of structures, such aswhile loop, case structure, those make high operating efficiency. At the sametime, adopted the NI developer PID vis. The PID vis have advanced algorithmwhich is good at controlling the vibrator.Coupled with a powerful time domainanalysis vis and frequency domain analysis vis, we can get the signal’stime-frequency spectrum easily. Controlling attribute nodes and transferring theproperty nodes expand the functionality of the program and make the userinterface more friendly.This paper adopted advanced PID closed-loop algorithm to control thevibration. This system didn’t need vibration control device, which can savecertain money. The designed virtual instrument has excellent capabilities of dateacquisition, analysis, processing, storage, playback and automatically generatingtest report. This outcome reduces the cost of the vibration test system andimproves the precision and accuracy of the test.
