The Design And Implementation Of Horizontal Networking Among Finance Departments,Taxation Authorities,Treasuries And Commercial Banks Management System

The horizontal networking of management systems is researched in this paper. This system is aim to support various departments data collection, processing, storage, transmission, publishing the full process, to improve the tax service environment, integration of tax information resources, to speed up the allocation of budget revenue and speed, and to be the better for the taxpayer to provide convenient, fast and secure tax services.Tax Construction and online tax services is aim to help the relevant departments to carry out the functions of from the transaction to the general management and policy analysis, which will become the best interactive bridge of a fiscal, taxation, banking, the treasury and reach the effect of standardizing collection service, lowering taxes costs and improving the quality of service.In this paper, the present condition analysis of fiscal network management system is completed, the structure of this system is designed, the realization and test running of this system is also completed. By implementing the electronic management and process scheduling of business, the manual intervention in business accepting is reduced, the reliability of business running in each department is improved; Using UML modeling object-oriented methods and the RUP unified process, the logic is closely related, the robustness of this system is strong, the maintainability is good, the system can be easy to upgrade; the collection and exchange of data in multiple business departments becomes more standardized and can better adapt to the change of all kinds of business requirements.This paper investigates structure and function of finance departments, people’s bank, taxation authorities and commercial banks using static information survey and dynamic information survey combining. The business logic is separated from the surface using three design models by J2EE architecture which is built on the basis of MVC. At last, this paper analyses and designes five main business process of flip tax, corrections services, refunding and free credit transfer bank.
