In the context of the information age,The contradiction between the growing demand for online tax information services and the supply of online information services of the tax authorities,which is an urgent problem to be solved in the tax field.Therefore,to improve the online service capacity of tax authorities website,to provide high-quality online information services for taxpayers,tax departments are facing an important issue.In this paper,the use of the tax authority at the county level public website online information service experience as the starting point for China's user experience from the perspective of current situation of the tax authorities website online information service development are analyzed and discussed.From the point of view of users,this paper analyzes the information needs of users of online services,and analyzes the content of online information service of tax authorities,Based on the investigation of the user experience of the website in Laiyuan County,this paper analyzes the information service of the county tax authorities,The status of the tax authorities website online information service and the existing problems,the problems including the design,website online public information service,online tax service,online interactive service etc..Through the investigation and analysis,found that the tax authorities website online information service has the following problems: first,the existence of information classification of web design overlap,content classification is not clear,the identity identification of problems.Second,regulations,invoices and other information integrity and lack of accuracy,compared with the text of the user preference tax publicity information disclosure is video.Third,the online tax system as the core system of tax authorities online information services,related to the vital interests of users.System safety,stability,ease of use of online tax system is very important.The research found that the system's security,stability,ease of use and privacy should be strengthened.Fourth,taxpayers interpretation of tax policies and regulations and the applicable scope,the software and online tax process,the tax authorities need to consult.The results of the survey show that online interaction is the most desirable place for users to strengthen and improve the tax authorities,there is a lack of interactive response,usability and diversity of channels need to be strengthened.Fifth,because the user's qualifications,age,different types of taxpayers,belong to different industries,the need to pay different taxes,the tax authority website personalized service cannot meet the needs of users,affect the user experience to enhance.According to the existing tax authority website online information service this paper puts forward the following measures: first,website design,user centered classification and organization of information,set the search hot words,combining to the way to identify the information,convenient for users to quickly find the required information.Second,from the response of the tax authorities to strengthen internal performance management by the taxpayer satisfaction as the core to strengthen the interactive website,while strengthening the website information between users and users,and tax authorities,users of interactive online and mobile interactive information to strengthen all-round online interactive experience.Third,measures to improve the security and stability of the online tax system.Vigorously promote the application of the CA certificate is an effective way to solve the tax system security,strengthen the system construction site to deal with the tax peak,solve the instability caused by congestion from the network system,simplify the system easy to use process and strengthen education and training to strengthen the online filing system.At the same time put forward the online tax system and the new third party payment,mobile phone payment bank,enhance the taxpayer's tax online experience,online service value-added information.Fourth,in order to meet the needs of users to quickly and accurately obtain information on the Internet,the user segments,combined with mobile information service for the user to actively push the relevant tax information.Strengthen the construction of intelligent terminal to facilitate public inquiries at any time,access to tax related information.Finally,a user oriented mechanism is established to provide personalized service according to the type of user.
