The Design And Implementation Of Horizontal Networking Project Among Finance Departments Taxation Authorities Treasuries And Commercial Banks

Along with our country economy high speed development,the state treasury,the national tax affairs organization,the place tax affairs organization as well as the commercial bank which the finance budgetary revenue control section,the People's Bank manage does for the national management and the management state revenue main organization,already more and more was important in national and the place economy development status and the function.In order to improve the tax revenue to serve the environment,the conformity finance and taxation information resource,speeds up the budgetary revenue and appropriates the speed,provides conveniently,quick,the safe tax payment service well for the taxpayer,It is urgent to build the silver horizontal network system of China's financial and taxation libraries,and the construction work will be jointly developed by the Finance Bureau,the State Taxation Bureau,the people's Bank of China and the Local Taxation bureau.This paper combines the needs of the People's Bank,tax,finance and commercial banking management business with computer science and technology.It aims to develop and design a set of cross linking system of fiscal and taxation,the requirement analysis and detailed design of the system are the key work of this paper.The details of this article are as follows:Completed the system of the main needs of the module analysis,and technical requirements and business needs were analyzed statistically,and use the Windows 2012 Server and SQL Server 2012 respectively as the system running platform and database system,what's more,we take the JAVA programming language as the development language and adopt Socket,multi-threaded,JDBC,RMI and Swing components and other technologies to achieve the development of the system.In this paper,the combination of observation and access to the needs of the system was investigated,the results of the survey were analyzed,the conclusions were obtained,and the conclusions are applied to the system needs analysis.Completed the system business design work.In order to meet the needs of the current financial system,the paper puts forward the flexibility and expandability of the system by using the method of object-oriented design and analysis and adopting the standard and object-oriented programming technology to realize the financial and horizontal network Sexuality and stability.Completed the design of the system database.In the abstraction of the basic data unit of the system at the same time with the needs of analysis closely together to design a business in line with all the needs of high-performance database structure,and take into account the old database data conversion work,the database design control and audit Strict control.On the basis of distributed technology and component technology,the system is divided into three parts:business logic,data logic and presentation logic according to the functional requirements.The use of JAVA remote method call technology to achieve the system's distributed and three-tier architecture,and in order to achieve the system user interface style consistency,to facilitate the operation of different users,the system uses Swing component technology to meet this demand.In this paper,the design and implementation of the fiscal and taxation bank of silver horizontal networking system to achieve the financial,treasury,tax and commercial banks and other departments between the information sharing and reflects the province's tax storage situation,income collection and management situation for the leadership of the decision-making to provide a detailed and prepared data support to achieve the financial,library,tax revenue comprehensive information,greatly improving the efficiency.
