The Charge Pump Used In Rfid System Research

RFID is a technology of contactless automatic identification. Which can identify and obtain data from a object by radio frequency. RFID system is composed of tagger, reader, computer network, and the tagger is made by chip&antenna.There are three modules in a chip, that is RF analog front end、digital base band、EEPROM. The principle and functions of modules in RFID system, Basic architecture of EEPROM> the principal of write&erase&read will be discussed in this thesis, and with emphasis in charge pump circuit, which will be analysis in type, principal, efficiency. At last, I design and simulate a charge pump circuit which function well.
