The experimental teaching institutions of higher learning is an important part ofthe management of students, with the progressive development and deepening of thereform of higher education, the hardware of institutions of higher learning laboratoryconstruction has become further standardized and complicated, but also caused thecollege laboratory teaching management difficulties especially in open experimentalteaching methods of traditional laboratory management presented new challenges.College laboratory teaching management information system combines theexperimental teaching and management, an effective solution to the problem has longplagued the labs and course management to achieve the modernization of theexperimental teaching and management. How to take advantage of the latestachievements of modern network technologies, and to achieve a comprehensive,effective, and safe experimental teaching management system, has become one of thehot issues of concern to researchers in recent years.This study is based on the basic principles of management information systemsdesign and development, design and implementation of methods and techniques, adetailed description of the management information system development processbased on B/S mode. Full investigation of the actual needs of users on the basis of theanalysis and design of the system functions, based on the idea of the actual demandand software design, we propose to change the traditional three-tier structure based onB/S software design architecture for the four-story structure by divide theimplementation to the business rules layer and the business Facade layer, therebyreducing the burden on the system on the server side, server-side application logic toimprove the efficiency of the system running.In this study, the advanced object-oriented development technology was used as the designing and development tools of the system functions, and SQL Server2005database using a valid system data access and calling, database access technology touse ADONET2.0, but also uses AJAX (Asynchronous JavaScript And XML)technology to improve the efficiency of the end of the page views, using the databaseconnection pool technology to improve the efficiency of the system database access.
