As the prompt development of Internet technology, people's work, study and also life are more and more related with Internet, and become more and more convenient. Internet information technology is applied on every aspect of social development. And various kinds of information management system emerged as needed. In universities, teaching management system can be found everywhere. All these management systems emphasize on educational administration and teaching by translating the handiwork operation with paper and pen into computer management. This can improve work efficiency furthest, and save work cost, and also make the work of management people in teaching easier.Computer experiment teaching is one important part of computer course teaching system, and the fruit of it decide the mastery degree of knowledge and operation ability of student. To the student in campus, the computer experiment course study is the best opportunity to do practice, and the core method to solve this issue is to enhance the effect of computer experiment course furthest. The task of this research is to create an experiment teaching management system, to effectively manage experiment teaching and bring the advantage of experiment teaching into play, to make students gain as much as possible within limited experiment course time.In terms of exploring management system, this paper intends to illustrate the new application of 4-Tier architecture in the experiment-teaching system. Requirement analysis and design focuses on the selection of 4-Tier architecture, while system is mainly constructed for the implement of hierarchical tiers, Web server tier, application server tier as well as data access tier.Main technology used during the creating process:to achieve system function by applying ASP.NET2.0 technology, to achieve system database creativity by applying SQL Server2000, to achieve data accessing by applying ADO.NET2.0 data accessing technology, to improve the response speed in customer end by applying AJAX (Asynchronous JavaScript And XML) technology, and applying database link pool technology to improve the effect of database accessing.
