Data Recorder provides a valid data reference to the development and the styling processof various aircraft. In basis of the investigation for the current development status of datarecorder in international and domestic, combined with the actual needs of the project to carryout the research and design of the data logger.The circuit design of modern data logger belongs to high-speed digital design areas, thispaper carry out a detailed theoretical analysis and research for the mechanism of noisegeneration in the circuit design, and proposed a number of feasibility measures for noisereduction, combined with requirements of high-speed data buffer in the process of datatransmission, analyzed techniques of FIFO design by use of FPGA internal resources, andresearched the method of error-free control for FIFO in the data buffer process. For the highreliability, fast rates of data transfer, and high real-time requirements of the communicationbus in the Test instrument of telemetry systems, designed LVDS-based ring bus, andconducted in-depth exploration for design of the multi-link ring bus.This paper combined the requirements of assignment book, based on the depth study instructure and parameters of FLASH, by introducing parallel and pipeline technology toachieve the efficient "District" address management methods for FLASH, while researchedand designed an algorithm called "round robin" programming for FLASH, provided animportant guarantee for high-speed data storage.This result of project provides a nutritious reference for development of FLASH-baseddata logger.
