At present, with the improvement of precision-guided weapon, the earth penetrationweapon utmost probably exploded in the tunnel. Therefore, the thermo-baric weapon, with itsstrong mass destruction, that has been used to handle those enclosed or semi-closed targets,included ground work or fieldwork,buildings and tunnel, is more and more attachedimportance to by many countries. And so it is with relevant researches on thermal effect.Since the capability of its coordinated test equipment affects the accuracy of the test result,equipment with high capability is required. The thesis has shown two designs of the fourchannelsynchronized recorder for that range, which uses the recorder to experimenttemperature of the tunnel by high-velocity thermocouple, and has proposed two recordersaccording to different temperature circumstances.According to the mentioned technical indicators and functional requirements, one designis a four-channel synchronized recorder based on the CPLD,MCU and four SRAM cache toachieve datas of four channels to FLASH memory according to the channel. The recorder canrealize that the highest sampling frequency of the single channel is 500kHz. And it can achievefour-channel synchronous collection and order storage. Another design is a four-channelsynchronized recorder based on the CPLD,MCU and one FIFO cache to achieve datas of fourchannels to FLASH memory according to the conversion time. The recorder can realize thatthe highest sampling frequency of the single channel is 100kHz. And it can achieve fourchannelsynchronous collection and order storage. The two recorders could achieve multiplerecords but read once after power off as a result of mass storage and no lost data even if in apower-off condition of FLASH. The functional characteristics of four-channel synchronouscollection, multiple triggered and adjustable parameters expand the applicability of therecorder. The analogous circuit, the module of the digital circuit and software of two recordershave been highly designed and debugged. Thereafter, the testing experiments on the two kindsof recorder, for the technical indicators and functional requirements, and subsequent analyzingof the test results are mentioned. It is shown that the recorder could fulfil all indicators and thesystem is stable and reliable.
