Design And Implementation Of Remote Training System For Teachers Based On Virtual Classes

Distance training of teachers based on modern IT have the advantage of economy, openness, autonomy and convenience, it have become the primary means of our continuing education of teachers.Engineering technology research plays a vital role for the effect of training implementation, how to provide stong technical support for large-scale remote training become a problem to be sovled.And,the information in the organizational structure of the remote training system is the fundamental key issues.The traditional system architecture of distance training for teachers is learner-centered, and training institutions provide a fixed lesson plans for the learners.With the continued expansion of the business needs, the teachers training shows the development trend which is project-driven, administrative areas for the organization, and a large scale to carry out.The previous organizational structure can not meet the application requirements. Therefore, how to meet the modern teachers training organization model, providing the training system which is easy to extend, flexible, easy to operat is important for improving the quality of teachers, and achieveing the modernization of education.First, drawing on the idea of virtual organizations, we propose the concept of vitual classes. Project-oriented to create a dynamic alliance between the organizers,counselors, leaners.The virtual classroom as a bridge to establish the association between the lesson plan with the students, optimize the organizational structure of the system information.The program can reduce the coupling of the trainees and training programs, and timely respond to the dynamic changes of the training program,in order to meet the needs which is large-scale, high-frequency on training programs.Secondly,on the basis of comprehensive analysis of business requirements and SOA,create the architecture of teachers training system based on SOA,which has the advantages of loosely coupled,easy to extend.The architecture includes the eight basic services, the four basic application support system. In this paper,we design the system module and database for the basic application to guide the system development.Thirdly, the system build session sharing mode base on the Asp.net state server, and integrat authertication and authorization of the training system,BBS,blog based on the SSO technology.It achieve seamless switch between multi-application system. Finally,we do research on high number of concurrent problems, and give the program of server cluster and database sharding for the system.
