Recently,with the continuous development of hydropower industry in China,the proportion of hydroelectric power in the power grid is increasing,so the quality of power has a serious impact on the stability of power systems directly.The regulating quality of the hydro turbine governing system is crucial for the speed and range of the output frequency of the turbine generator set.Therefore,it is helpful for improving the reliability of power station and power grid operation to strengthen the power station staff and the relevant professional personnel of turbine regulating system for further study and to master the application.Firstly,In view of the turbine regulating system theory and complex process control,regulation and multivariate working characteristics,hydropower station in new recruits of hydraulic turbine regulation training situation,put up the Purpose and significance of this paper.this thesis introduced the development of training system about Hydropower station at home and abroad in general.Secondly,The writer designed and established a scheme and technical route of the conditioning system,and expounded the development process of the system.That is to say,on the one hand,using the Matlab to model Simulink of turbine regulating system to realize the simulating process remotely with Matlab Web Server plug-in.Finally,the remote cultivation of controlled object and governing style of the hydraulic turbine governing system were complished,and the user also could realize the virtual installation and removal of the wicket gates mechanical equipment,the change of parameters in governing system and simulation and emulation in different conditions anytime.Can realize the hydraulic turbine regulation system parameter change,different working conditions and so on adjustment process simulation.on the other hand,modeling the three-dimensional of parts by using the Solidworks,rendering the model through 3D Max,setting the behavior script file by use of Virtools to import Virtools,and finally,publishing it by the function of Create Web Page plug-in into Virtools.Meanwhile,the system provided reference and help for the teaching of the University and optimization design of the power station.
