This paper clarifies the design and implementation of the system, the Hebei Branchof Agricultural Bank staff training system to improve the level of informationtechnology for the purpose of, in the province’s Agricultural Bank to build a fullyfunctional remote training platform. The basic feature isbased on the integrated use of database technology for integrated thinking, open-sourceframework for the Struts+Spring+Hibernate technology, modeling techniques, andnetwork technology, learning and exchange platform for the employees in the bankingfield, provides user management, training information management exam informationmanagement, learning exchanges and other forms of storage, management, queryservices, to achieve a seamless integration of data, methods, and knowledge of banktraining resources.The Hengshui Industrial and Commercial Bank of employees remote trainingplatform in various sections of this unit has been widely used, the stability of the system20months, attendance is more than2,000times. The application of this system to obtainvery good results, to reach remote training staff business, improve staff skills, iseffective in relieving the pressure and burden of the employees to learn, and furtheraccelerate the rapid development of the banking business. |
