Since the reform and opening up,China’s radio and television has gradually got onto theinstitutions as enterprise management.radio and television at all levels gradually fromadministrative management to the enterprise management,human capital management from thepasttraditional personnel management to the modern human resource management change inthe process, many radio and TV units to varying degrees,has taken to explore and try thepace.Human resource management of these broadcasting organizations attaches greatimportance to the "performance management".Local radio and television in the performancemanagement process, shall comply with the management principles of radio and televisionperformance management designed to give full consideration to the unique laws of radio andtelevision, can not copy the enterprise performance management, in particular to work closelywith our station.This article is to take Jiangmen radio and television, for example, discussed indetail the performance management system for local radio and television construction that thelocal radio and television performance management system should be based on the design andimplementation of performance management.Design in the performance management of localradio and television, it is necessary to meet the general performance management designstandards targeted adjustments, but also the related content according to the characteristics ofradio and television industry.Implementation of performance management of local radio andtelevision, first of all, the performance plan must be combined with the general performanceplan based on the unique properties of radio and television; followed by the performance ofcommunication, including the performance plan communication, performance evaluation ofcommunication and the communication of performance results; performance appraisal shouldbe for the different departments anddifferent types of work to develop a comprehensiveperformance appraisal program implementation assessment and strict assessment criteria forstaff; performance results of the application should be are effective fair and impartialimplementation of management to general staff.
