As domestic famous state-owned enterprises in the information technology service,GY radio and television networks in the face of the company with the change of national policy and the domestic market of the update of the situation,in front of the opportunities and challenges,need to enterprise strategic transformation,with the advanced management mode and abundant human resources to enhance market competitiveness,promote the development of enterprises.Therefore,performance management can comprehensively drive employees' innovation ability and enhance their work enthusiasm,which is helpful to stimulate new driving forces of enterprise development.Based on OKR theory,this paper studies and analyzes the current situation of performance management of GY radio and television network companies by using methods such as questionnaire survey,looking for existing problems and their causes.To prepare for targeted performance management optimization.The study found that(1)Existing performance management problems are mainly: the index design is unreasonable,not comprehensive,and out of step with the strategic development;The performance appraisal system is unreasonable,the appraisal subject is single,the lack of objective scoring standard;Managers in the performance of communication and guidance link of the absence and formalization of serious phenomenon;Lack of fairness and impartiality in the application of performance appraisal results,single application of results and single incentive methods.The problems are caused by the index design is lack of science;Employees are in a passive state;Lack of effective communication feedback mechanism;Lack of effective competition mechanism;Lack of safeguards.(2)The proposed performance management optimization countermeasures are as follows:determine the strategic objectives of the company and redesign key performance indicators;Perfecting the examination subject and strengthening the objectivity evaluation standard;Establish performance communication coaching record sheet,establish long-term traceable performance communication mechanism;Diversify the application forms of assessment results and enrich the application of assessment results.(3)To ensure the smooth implementation of the optimization strategy,put forward relevant safeguard measures: to obtain the understanding and support of the company's management team;To build an open and transparent working atmosphere for exchanging needed goods;Develop performance management training plan;Formulate regular meeting system of performance meeting;Set up a performance management office.
