The reform of public institutions is the key topic of China's reform in the past ten years.As a public institution with typical Chinese characteristics,it has been confronted with various problems in the past.Over the years,television as the mouthpiece of the government unit,has administrative welfare and business operation of the dual characteristics of enterprises.People's increasing cultural needs and the reform and opening up market integration,created today more and more rich film market,vigorously develop under the background in the Internet at the same time,the television industry has been hitherto unknown impact.In this fierce market environment,the television station,especially the provincial TV station is facing great pressure.The way of traditional business management system already can not adapt to the development of commercial market,but on the other hand,television as the mouthpiece of the government,and not simply to the market,so the research of reform television has typical significance.In this paper,the specific performance management of Yunnan radio and television to do research,through reference to relevant case,questionnaire related personnel,interview and literature review,analysis of the Yunnan radio and television at this stage of the performance management system,analyzes the achievements and existing problems,the causes of the problem have been resolved,according to to put forward the measures for employee performance management of Yunnan radio and television,enhance employee performance concept,improve the performance management measures,set up scientific performance appraisal system,pay attention to the performance feedback and communication,good staff performance incentive.At the same time the implementation of proposed management plan steps,formulation of employee performance information collection program,method of performance communication work,their views and construct the performance management organization security.
