University faculty performance management system is the design and development of a university to meet the better management and management play in hunan radio and television university staff enthusiasm and creativity and the development of performance management system. This system, with the basic data and sharing of public resources information demand side of unified management as the guiding principle, take the performance management and basic data management as the center, improve and strengthen the existing defects of the existing performance management system of a college, university management to improve management efficiencyBased on the hunan TV university teachers performance appraisal business as the background, for its performance evaluation model is constructed, the model 360-degree evaluation method as the core, is a blend of student assessment, peer assessment and superior evaluation of three parts.. Through analyzing the demand of the system, clear the system function of the system safety and module, a performance evaluation module, a performance complaints module, user management module and data management module of five parts. In the system design phase, the thesis uses sequence diagram and Activity diagram to introduce the implementation details of the system function, and construct a Data Model. Based on this, the system is implemented. In the last, the thesis introduces the test process from function test and performance test, and the faults are modified. The system uses J2 EE + SQL Server2005 + B/S to implement system. The system has the characteristic of simple operation and high safetyAt present, the system has been successfully applied to the performance appraisal of hunan radio and TV university, through a period of running, the system runs stably, the system is introduced into the performance evaluation model of high accuracy, can realize the impartiality and fairness of performance appraisal, can well meet the demand of the school’s performance appraisal.
