| Performance evaluation system is a very important part of working in anorganization. This thesis introduces development and operating process of Zhongshancity Public Security Bureau authorities’ performance evaluation system. This systemenables managers free from manual labor. Therefore, they can dedicate themselves intosolving more complicated strategic problems with high efficiency.The system adopting B/S development model and three-layered architecture, theOracle and Tomcat Server, with JAVA Language and J2EE platform as developer kits.Development step of the system is to be adopted for the project development stagemodel, overall design, software design, coding, software testing and release to use,maintenance.The first part introduces the research background and significance of performanceevaluation system, the concept and development status quo, as well as technologiesfrequently used applied in current performance evaluation system development.Through demand analysis of the system, this thesis designs the general functionplanning, layered architecture which is based on J2EE.Research and development of the system to enrich the authorities and policeofficers of the Public Security Bureau of Zhongshan performance appraisal informationmanagement system work theory. To establish a set of fair, just, open, and close to themanagement of public security work in the information management system. Thesystem classify and organize a viewing, posting and reporting functions, provide areasonable basis for rewards and punishments, Pingxianpingyou the authority of policeofficers, promotion capital.System run results proved that the system can improve the initiative andmanagement capacity of the authority of police officers, So as to continuously improveinvestigation efficiency and detection capabilities, strengthening the social order againstprevention capability, has an important value and significance. |
