In the enterprise,performance management is an important task,evaluation is a branch of performance management,also is a kind of expression form,the employee's performance also reflects the employee's work ability,therefore,on employees' ability evaluation is a recognized.In the personnel file management system,master the staff a lot of information,the employee information combining with evaluation,the evaluation standards for human and appropriate evaluation system,improve the driving force of enterprise value.Information technology is adopted in this system to realize the basic evaluation module development,make evaluation is no longer use the traditional artificial way of setting standards for acknowledgment and site,the business streamline,make the standard digital,let the evaluation process and outcome more transparent,also let staff to enterprise's performance standards,dedicated work to create value for the enterprise.The main research contents of this paper are:The first part,the understanding of the basic content of evaluation,and explain the background of the system development,according to the research background of this system development characteristics and advantages of the system embodies the characteristics of the various specific modules;Explain the basic theory,development environment and technology needed for system development;In the second part,according to the subject of assessment evaluation,the basic module of the system is constructed and the system architecture is finalized and the database design of the system is realized.Because this system is the evaluation of personnel file management module,therefore,in the design more is positioned in the assessment and evaluation of two parts,formulates conforms to the characteristics of employee standards and methods of evaluation,sets up the appraisal and evaluation management,part for other enterprises at all levels at the same time set up corresponding standards management,query management and system management,construct the complete system module;The third part,according to the design of the system module function,this article USES the J2 EE framework,in MyEclipse platform using the Java language to complete the basic function of the development,using MySQL database for data storage and use of information,at the same time the cycle method is adopted to developing the function structure and finishing the development of all functional modules,and then use the software test method for each function module function test,guarantee the robustness of each function.The purpose of this paper is to design a set of evaluation modules suitable for internal use,combined with the personnel file management system,for the enterprise to develop evaluation criteria,evaluation task,evaluation process,do a good job performance management to improve enterprise's driving force and core competitive power.
