Based On The J2EE Architecture Student Management Information System Design And Implementation

With the development of Internet technology and information technology, theinformation society is being constructed, and the information of school departments hasbecome an inevitable development trend. In the information construction of thevocational colleges, office automation is of great importance, which has changed thefundamental impacts brought by the traditional vocational colleges’ managementbehaviors. Therefore, the automation system of vocational colleges is one of theimportant elements of the future competitiveness among the vocational schools.The system development process complies with the development and realization process ofsoftware engineering, the detailed need analysis and detailed design are made, and the system’sfunctional modules and database structure are carefully designed and divided. Based on this, thesystem’s coding system is completed, overall test is also made for the entire system before thesystem’s putting into use, so that the users’ functional needs can be better met and the system’soperational correctness might be ensured.This paper adopts J2EE technology for the front-end database and uses SQLServer2000development tool for the back-end database. Besides, this paper designs and implements the officeautomation system of Zhejiang Industry Polytechnic College with main functions of documentmanagement, scheduling, file management, personal management and other major functional blocks,meets the information management of vocational college’s daily works to a certain extent, regulatesthe internal business processes of vocational colleges, achieves the flexibility of business processes,and enhances the work efficiency of vocational colleges.This paper mainly studies the whole process of using the workflow technology to develop thevocational colleges’ office automation system, finds out some defects through the fullimplementation and application of the system, and plans to make modifications and improvements inthe maintenance of late project stage. Furthermore, this paper will also design the electronic writingfunction in e-mail management, so as to further improve the e-mail management level.
