In the modern enterprise management system, the computer has been widely used in the company's various services, bring a major revolution to the traditional management approach. How to effectively manage employee performance evaluation within the enterprise, which has become a new topic. In order to improve the Personnel office's technological content and the overall management efficiency, speed up the management of personnel information technology, designed and implemented Minsheng Bank performance evaluation system, the system can fully and efficiently carry out the bank's internal performance evaluation management.Minsheng Bank early performance evaluation management, are done by human, the current assessment methods are many issues, including science and technology needed to be manually controlled the stability of data collection, assessment departments rely on manual calculations and earning profits, individual adjustments need to man-made records, and earning profits calculation interval cycle length. By the bank's technology department of basic data collection, assessment department manual calculations, individual cases individually adjusted once each quarter prompted the level of earning profits. Overall efficiency of performance evaluation is not very high, many areas are still inadequate.The system is developed using J2EE development platform, basic situation of Minsheng Bank performance evaluation management is researched in this paper. Beginning with the actual demand of the system, using the more popular current B/S (Browser/Server) structure and dynamic web development technologies JSP, JAVA language, based on WindowsXP Professional operating system and SQLServer2000 database. Through a series of system requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, etc., so that a user management system implementation, data maintenance, report shows management, employee performance evaluation and other functions. This article focuses on the description of the system design process accordingly, and also on the system needs improvement, summarized.In summary, based on fully analyze the business requirements of Minsheng Bank and to fully reflect the individual users, design and development of the Minsheng Bank performance evaluation system. Practice has proved that the system is running in the process, with security, stability, development of fast, high-performance, cross-platform, easy to extend, excellent performance, is a successful performance evaluation system.
