The Taiyuan Tobacco Company Performance Evaluation System Disign And Implementation

The research stated in my paper aims at developing an information system for theassessment of work achievements of corporations in Taiyuan by analyzing andresearching into the characteristics of the assessment of work achievements oftobacco industry, combining popular domestic and foreign ideas of the assessment ofwork achievements based on objective management. The system is intended toestablish an industrial encouragement and restriction mechanism directed by workachievements, draw all departments’as well as their staff’s attention of theimprovement of work achievements, promote the execution of all businesses and thereaching of strategic and annual goals, conform existing assessment systems by meansof modern information, advance the systematic operation of industrial management,and expedite the fulfillment of the key norms of work achievements and assignments.The system for the assessment of work achievements of Taiyuan Tobacco Corporationis used for establishing corresponding Department KPI Index Bank and Post KPIIndex Bank by analyzing the vocational work and the conduct standards of the objects(departments, posts)of assessment as well as the annual and monthly targets of thecorporation, and bringing about a change from assessment results to workachievement coefficient through mutual assessment, check assessment, and selfassessment as well as flexible dimension management.The system for the assessment of work achievements of Taiyuan TobaccoCorporation consists of a number of subsidiary systems: organization management,post management, index bank management, target management, process management,assessment management, dimension management, results distribution and statisticalanalysis. It uses the method of Object Oriented Programming and basing on B/Sstructure, mainly in C#(C SHARP) as the development language, using MicrosoftVisual Studio2010as the development tool, using Microsoft SqlServer2008as thedatabase, using the basic tools of Rose, PowerDesigner, Visio to analysising anddesigning of the information system.
