The Design And Implementation Of University Administrative Office Automation System

Computer and internet have been applied to many fields for their significant progress in recent years. As important national institutions, the efficiency of colleges or universities depends on the information processing speed for overloading information. In daily work, administrative department often delay documents or news for frequently documents transferring and information releasing. So, it’s necessary to develop an automation system to solve the problem facing in information processing.The main tasks of this thesis are as follows:Research deeply some related department, combine with the real situation. The focus of this thesis was to investigate the application of information technology in daily work of schools. Put forward the construction scheme of daily work information.The scheme will be to use technology of asp.net, combined with SQL Server database, to realize office automation system, which based on B/S model in Visual Studio platform. According to the plan, the research findings of thesis are including following aspects:(1)Based on a Chinese mobile Internet message gateway interface protocol, designed an interactive message platform, which can sent message to single or multiple mobile users from computer Through this platform, the important notices or announcements of school can quickly be sent to users, and the speed of sharing and communication will be raised significantly.(2) Designed an online office platform, including backlog creating, management of action history, and official document drafting, passing and checking, etc. to improve the official efficiency.The managers can free from many tired files, and focus on the school administration. The research of the thesis is strictly accordance with the method and principle of software engineering, including system analysing, system designing, and system implementatingn and testing.The function and performance of the office automation system presented in this thesis has been tested.The testing results demonstrate that the targets are reached. The office automation system has been used in the Anhui Institute of Architecture and Industry. It run stably and improved the efficiency of the administrative office significantly.
