The Design And Implementation Of The University Office Automation Software System

It is an inevitable trend of information technology progress and wideapplication that carrying out the informatization construction in higher educationinstitution, and it is a important method of improving the work efficiency and theteaching quality. This thesis aims at the current situation of administration job inChengdu Institute Sichuan International Studies University, the application ofinformation technology in the administrative office is explored, aims to develop asuitable administrative office automation system for the university, thus solves therealistic problems in the office for university, such as great pressure in documenthandling work, information blockade in all department, etc.An implementation scheme of administrative office automation system isdiscussed in the thesis, first the background and present situation of subject andrelated development technology are discussed, the users’ requirements is combined,the users’ demands and data flow are analyzed; Then, on the basis of system analysis,the technical architecture and database of the system are designed, and the detaileddesign proposal of personal office, document circulation, text messaging platform isgiven, based on the design scheme, the realizing process of part function module isdetailed discussed; Finally, the system testing steps is given, that verifies thecorrectness of the system function; Based on the above plan, paper workachievements have: designs and implements an office online subsystem, the systemprovides the function of daily office applications for the user, and provides thetransmission mechanism of the relevant documents in school, realizes the onlinedrafting of the official documents, transfer and examination and approval, so as toimprove the efficiency of daily work; Based on Internet message gateway interfaceprotocols, integrated implements a message platform for users, the platform supportsthat sending messages from server terminal to mobile terminal, so as to realize thesharing of related information in time, promotes the communication betweendepartments.In the administrative office automation system, the current popular technology —asp.net is adopted, the SQL Server2005is chosen as the system database, theVisual Studio2008is used as the program development platform. At present, theoffice automation system has been in successful on-line operation in ChengduUniversity, and running state, it proves by the practice that the system did raise theadministration work efficiency in our school.
