This system is based on the real business require of Beijing gas co.,ltd.Project constructing management branch, which utilize the visualization workflow technology, network technology, WebService technology, relational database to flow,manage and statistic analysis of the office infomation.The system introduces B/S mode,and is on the basis of three-tier architecture (presentation layer, business layer, and persistence layer).The mysql is chosen as the system database,the WebService technology and REST technology are used to interact with other system.All the tables in the database are normalized in3rd Normal Form (3NF), and the J2EE platform can be seen as the developing platform.On these basis,the office automation system is realized successfully.Office automation system can be divided into two subsystems, one is organization, personnel management subsystem,including organizational management and role management, the other is office management subsystem, containing document management, bulletin management and vehicle management. In order to meet the require that the employees of Beijing gas co.,1td.Project constructing management branch travel frequently and office uncertain, the system also includes a mobile office features.Office automation system can implement a paperless office and save the office expenses, and it also can improve the work efficiency effectively and decrease the labor intensity of workers, empowering the employees to stay focused on the business concern.Using the document management functions,the useful knowledge resources and technology are shared, and staff quality can be improved. In additionally introducing the OA system, the regular operations can be standardized and the communication of office information is more reasonable, which will promote the standardization management of enterprise.Furthermore, as the OA system has close relationship with various systems of the enterprise, which involving that the the OA system may interact with the existing system in the enterprise and future developed systems of the enterprise,the scalability of OA system should be considered.
