It can help the personnel to implement the task of office automation. The system of office automation comprises the OA organization, the OA personnel, the OA equipments, the network environment and the OA information.The office automation has already developed to be a new arisen course, it involves the computer and communication technique, management and behavioral science, system engineering and person-machine engineering etc. It is nowadays very active in the application fields of computer. The purpose of office automation is to apply electronic information technique, offer the advanced OA information means, enhance the efficiency and the quantity of OA management, improve the OA environment, and advance the level of OA science. With the development of communications technology, the short message service gradually become an important part of the application in the enterprise and industry, more and more companies began to use various SMS message platform value-added service. In order to really meet the needs of enterprises, enriching the office of the platform from the application of results presented rely on movement of Yunnan ADC (China Mobile for the Group's customers according to their need for mobile terminals based on the information hosted application services.) Platform integration SMS feature in Office Automation System.In this paper, I analyzed the office automation and the platform of SMS'S system functions, data and environmental requirements, and according to the requirement analysis system is divided into client and operation management center. I have done the overall design and module design with object-oriented analysis and design method, including:document drafted and to-do document, document query, messaging and directories, mobile flash and synchronization function module, business information and the database design, database design of E-R chart, Finally, the paper puts forward the system realization processes, the core code and function, and the interface is summarized and prospected.
