With the development of information technology, more and more enterprises start to use the computer to handle official business. In order to respond to the requirements of the Government to improve the efficiency and to conserve resources, JiLin TV also began to develop his own office automation platform. With the development of JiLin TV, more and more business and data need to be dealt with, office automation platform help the staffs to better process and manage the data.Office automation has use of computer networks and other resources to process the work and make the work network, automation and digitization through the network on the basis of traditional.In this paper, the popular MVC design pattern was used to develop to office automation system of JinLin TV. The paper research significance as well as the status of domestic and foreign, and then carried out a detailed description of the development office platform technology. Then a detailed analysis of the overall design of the platform and the demand of the JiLin TV office, then designed and implemented to meet these needs, including system design, database design and interface design. Through the design of the above features, the main functions including user login, leave applications, online notification, online AC system, data maintenance, authority management and log management as well as overtime application. Finally, the system was tested.The office automation platform of JinLin TV can meet the day-to-day requirement of the employees, at the same time, due to the excellent interface of the system, so the system conducive to integration other information systems to facilitate unified management of the system.
