With the arrival of knowledge-based economy ages, the number of knowledge is increasing. But without the knowledge innovation, the knowledge can not be used effectively. Because the knowledge innovation is the core of the knowledge service, the world brought about a fever of "knowledge service", which the domestic-foreign scholars and organizations have been in succession to carry on since 1990s. As regards to our country, the knowledge service gradually implement at such as library, intelligence institution and information provider. But all organizations lack the support of the knowledge service system, as well as communication and cooperation, which invisibly weaken the effect and the efficiency of knowledge service. So a study on the construction of the knowledge service architecture is necessary.After combing the basic concept of knowledge service with literature investigation and study, the paper first combines the theory of strategic management and knowledge service and finds the connotation of the strategic management of knowledge service. Second, on the basis of in-depth understanding of the content of the knowledge service, it brings forward three-dimensional framework theory as the core of knowledge service architecture, and then, from the perspective of management systems, this paper finds the influence factor of the strategic management of knowledge service. And through a questionnaire it analyses the rationality of the three-dimensional framework theory and the influence factor. On the basis of this, it achieves the overall structure of knowledge service architecture. And it analyses the different stages of the knowledge service architecture according to SSOE theory. A final empirical analysis to the library of Nanjing University of Science and Technology makes a reasonable planning of knowledge service architecture. This study aims to provide the theoretical basis for knowledge services to help keep the direction of standardization and development targets so as to achieve greater economic and social benefits.
