Recent years, with the acceleration of the pace of reform and opening up and in the West cultural exchanges and development of our people’s living standards improve, the demand of the whole society on the restaurant industry is also growing, along with the continued growth in consumption, the food and beverage industry hasbecome one of the fastest growing industries in the modern society. In order to survive in the fierce competition in the market, it is necessary to improve the operation and management, catering services management awareness.First introduces the basic background of the restaurant management system, reviews the information used for catering management, focus on the research of the catering enterprises in management is widely used in the related management module function, based on Microsoft Visual Studio with the SQL database method of restaurant management system, put forward the corresponding solution; comparison of browser/server architecture and client/server system similarities and differences.The system of business analysis and the demand analysis, the overall design of the system, the system use case analysis, data flow, business flow design description. On the system of the network, function of architecture design, gives a part of the database data table design. For catering enterprises characteristics increases the customer’s consumption trends, consumer preferences, the number of dishes for consumption, effective information analysis function, to customers in the consumer, service, follow-up information collection.In the system realization, gives a detailed realization of some function method, describes the system database connection process, the system’s implementation interface list, giving the system a few test cases and the system test. System operation is convenient, quick, meet the catering enterprise management requirements. The analysis of actual business needs and catering customer relationship management on the basis of, design and implementation of restaurant management system.
