Coal mine drainage system is an important part of its normal operation, and it isdirectly related to the safe production of the mine. Drainage general power, powerconsumption, the traditional drainage can only rely on manual control pump starting andstopping, cannot use drainage equipment and storage capacity, science, reasonablescheduling drainage and drainage time. So the traditional mine drainage pattern commonproblems of high energy consumption, low efficiency, high cost of production. PLCcentralized control device can make the water pump starting and stopping, faultdiagnosis and data processing on the full automation; saving human resources; capableof long time continuous stable and reliable work.The use of modern optimal control theory, the analysis of mine gushing water andelectricity, establish a drainage system of discrete mathematical model. According tooptimality theory, dynamic programming method, the drainage system was segmentedinto decision control, and proposed through the recursive algorithm of solving the model,the optimal control strategy of the general method of obtaining.The system is based on the mine actual situation, in the original equipment on thebasis of reconstruction of automation control; realize the equipment in no interferencecase of automatic operation and self diagnosis system. In the assurance of the safety,reliability, by using the programmable controller, sensor, electric gate valve, ball valves,switches and other major equipment, pumps running status of the equipment, process ofautomatic detection, automatic control, according to the inflow size and power "to avoidpeak valley" principle of automatic control of the pump, put into operation number, sothat the equipment to achieve the best working condition, thereby effectively saving theresource, improve coal mine operation management level, reduce operating costs, extendequipment life, reduce the labor intensity of workers, improve information transmissionand analysis ability, to promote mine production of digital level.
