What the thesis study is to set an example for informational reconstruction of ChangQing Oilfield. Through setting up supervisory control system of oilfield, the integrative informational network of management and supervisory is informed.It is a sure thing that fieldbus bring deep revolution to industrial automation field. However, the application of fieldbus has been limited due to the difficulty in interfacing with multivendor products. In order to solve these problems, the computer network technology, especially Ethernet, is adopted by the industrial automation field. The key technical obstacle for Ethernet for industrial applications is its nondeterministic. The development of Ethernet made it turn into realism that Ethernet applied in industrial automation field.It is well known that the management of oil well is the key part of oilfield managements and its characteristic is complex landform and heavy workload. According to the landform the center control room is established at oil extraction station. The wireless communication is adopted for the far side oil well and wire mode is adopted for other RTUs. The design and realization of the system' s software are detailedly introduced. The main software of the system is Think&Do-the PC based control software of Entivity Inc. Through the real time data exchanging between Think&Do and VB, all the functions are realized.The petrochemical industrial has characteristic of continuity and complexity, so in order to insure the whole system safe run, it' s important to bring into effect fault examine and diagnosis. The fault diagnosis of RTUs and communicational system is realized by using fault tree analytical method. The work state of oil pump is distinguished by using fuzzy pattern recognition.At last the communication delay of the system is analyzed. Spot testing draws the result that the system' s max delay is about 16ms. The system' s extension structure and Ethernet development aspect are discussed.
