| PLC is widely used in industry for its high reliability and performance/price ratio.The configuration software also enjoys fast development due to the popularization of personal computer, and is recognized of the value originated from the merits such as real-time multitasking, openness, flexibility, versatility, and reliability. Industrial Ethernet technology is a digital, distributed, open and inter-operational technology, which represents the development trend of industrial control system. It is one of the technologies what has attracted more attention in the field of automatic control.Based on the factual case of ZhanJiang ore Shipside automatic control system for swage treatment project, the paper presents the design of PLC system, network communication and the supervision system, and puts the stress on the fore two function module.With the Schneider Company production—Modicon Quantum PLC, Modicon Momentum PLC and corresponding programming software Concept 2.6, which is the unified building tool of Modicon TSX Quantum and S Y/MAX production, that helps in control software programming ,using the LAD and FBD programming methods, the whole system is much better and meets the requirements of automatic watering , collecting waster water and disposal of sewage.The design work uses FameView configuration software, that is also a product from BeiJing JieKong Company, to configure the supervisory software, realizing the real-time data-logging, supervising and controlling, as well as various visual HMI with Windows features such as record checking, alarming,user login.PLCs and the IPC in the scheduler room are linked together via Modbus_TCP/IP to forma an industry Fiber Ethernet network. PLC master station and ten distributed Input/Output slave station compose an annular optical fiber network, in order to make profit of the unique merits of PLCs and IPC.Lastly,this paper prospects the applying foreground of Industrial Ethernet technology in the industry control field. |
