Customer relationship management is a "take the customer as the center", maintains between enterprise and customer long-term and stable relations, and make the enterprise with customers in relation to the maintaining period obtain more interests management mode. Analysis model of customer relationship management system using a variety of techniques, to analyze customers, find the value of information, for enterprises to develop a variety of activities to provide support to maintain customer relationship. Customer relationship management in all aspects of a wide range of applications, in the printing business management also has the widespread application prospect.The main content in the traditional customer relationship management system as well as specific business needs of the printing in-depth research on the basis of printing customer relationship management system to conduct a detailed needs analysis.Analysis of the specific module is subdivided, and through the function analysis and business flow diagram detailed description of each module of the process. Based on the analysis of demand, for printing the customer relationship management system function module proposed the concrete design idea and function flow, and system using J2EE as the system architecture, SQL2005as the database memory, JSP as a development language, realize printing development of customer relationship management system. Finally aimed at the printing business process is complex, the equivalence class, function test and other aspects of printing the customer management system carried out a detailed test. Specific content is as follows.(1) for unified modeling language UML and J2EE technology are analyzed and discussed in detail the characteristics, system modeling, system development methods and related techniques;(2) for printing the customer relationship management process and its characteristics and the market situation made deep research and needs analysis, based on the method of UML "printing customer relationship management system" for the requirement modeling;(3) completed the overall system architecture design, database design, based on UML modeling system function module design, the design of input and output and interface design, Design method described in detail, the relevant design drawings have been arranged;(4) based on the J2EE platform, the system modules of code, the realization of its functions. This paper expounds the test environment, the system performance testing and functional testing are analyzed and discussed.Through the system on-line verification of printing the customer relationship management system can effectively improve the printing business customers efficient management, at the same time to system analysis results to develop various activities, so that the printer can better maintain the printing plant and customer long-term and stable relations.
