Based On The Design Of The The EJB Ship Customer Relationship Management System

The development of Internet technology and information technology made the competition between enterprises more and more drastically. And clients will become one of resources of enterprise. Customer relationship management is a kind of management concept regarding clients as the focus of management and can efficiently improve the whole operational efficiency of enterprises.In this thesis, it has introduced the general theory about Customer Relationship Management (CRM), analyzes the systematic infrastructure and designs the subsystem, summarizes business flows related to CRM. Then, to the characters of CRM, the feasibility of using components building Shipping CRM System is first analyses. And then some key technology of J2EE develop platform and EJB components is also discussed in detail. At last, a new scheme (EJB-based Shipping CRM System) is suggested. The design of the system includes system frame and step of actualization and the analysis and processing of system data.At the end of the thesis, the detail in the system implementing process is presented. Some illustrations about example of the system are also provided.
