With the progress of society and the development of new technologies, the patternand the scope of industrial monitoring are undergoing profound changes. Thetraditional industrial monitoring system which is limited in a small geographic range,has been becoming more and more difficult to fit the requirement of automationproduction for industrial users and of the high quality service which provided byequipment manufactures. Currently, the improvement of wireless communicationtechnology makes the mobile network can cover all the world, and the development ofembedded system technology enables the industrial instrument have a well computingplatform. If organically combined the mobile network and the embedded system, thelevel of industrial monitor will be greatly improved, and the geographic coverage ofindustrial monitoring system can be expanded.Because industrial monitoring system usually has a highly requirement onreal-time capability, and Nucleus has the characteristics of real-time response,preemptive kernel, multitasking, clear external interfaces and open source, etc, thisthesis uses the Nucleus RTOS, and uses the MTK mobile phone as the hardware-basis,based on the combination of the both, designs and implements a real-time industrialmonitoring system.The main work and results of this thesis include the followings:1) This thesisintroduce the architechture of the Nucleus system, and deeply analyse the real-timeperformance of this operating system.2) This thesis design and realize a function library,which provide a unified encapsulation for management of thread, priority, interrupt, andthe access of I/O interface of digital, analog, control, communication, etc. It lets thedesigners of industrial automation system can practise the secondary developmentseasily and quickly.3) Based on the hardware platform of the MTK mobile phone, andthe developed function library in this thesis, we build a real-time monitoring systemwhich can carry out remote data acquisition, fault alarm, parameter adjustment, andalgorithm analysis.In this thesis, we verified the validity and effectiveness of the embedded platformdesign, software architecture and data transmission through practical applications.
